How long does shipping take?
For electric motorcycles: production within 30 days, delivery within 60 days after production — up to 90 days in total, in most cases about 45 days (made to order). For batteries and kits: dispatch in 7-14 business days + transit. This is the time until we hand the parcel to the carrier; transit time comes on top. Free worldwide shipping.

What does the warranty cover?
Warranty included — free of charge. Covers manufacturing defects, electronics, motor and battery under normal use. Repair or replacement is free and done within one month of your notice.
