Conversion kits and batteries: 3-7 business days in the EU, 10-14 days to the rest of the world.

Electric motorcycles (Sur-Ron, Talaria): 30-45 days. This is the standard lead time from the manufacturer — electric motorcycles are made to order.

Shipping is free to any of 237 countries, regardless of order value.

All our products come with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers:

· Manufacturing defects
· Electronic components (controller, display, cables)
· Motor and battery under normal use

It does not cover damage from crashes, improper use, or consumables wear (tires, brake pads).

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return an unopened / unused product for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Conversion kits and batteries, once opened, can only be returned if defective (covered by warranty).

Electric motorcycles after registration and active use are not eligible for no-reason return — but each case is reviewed individually.

Yes. We stock spare parts for all products we sell — Sur-Ron, Talaria, MTX. Batteries and controllers — in stock. For specific parts (frames, suspension) — we order from the manufacturer.

We're based in Sofia and can handle basic repairs (battery, controller, cabling). For more serious issues we work with partner service centers in the major cities of Bulgaria.

For customers outside Bulgaria we recommend a local e-bike / e-moto service — the Sur-Ron / Talaria architecture is simple and nearly any technically competent shop can service it.

For customers in Sofia — we can arrange a test ride. Email us to set it up.

For customers outside Sofia — we don't offer test rides, but we have a 14-day return window provided the electric motorcycle is not registered and actively used.
