General Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of the SilentTrax online shop (silent-trax.com) and the purchase of products.

2. Products and Prices
Prices are in euros (EUR) with applicable taxes included, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices and availability.
The Sur-Ron and Talaria electric motorcycles do not hold European type approval or a Certificate of Conformity (CoC). As a result, they cannot be registered with road traffic authorities and may not be used on public roads. They are intended for off-road use only.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is accepted upon confirmation. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement sent to silenttrax.co@proton.me or via the form on the Contact page. You may also use the standard withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page.
Deadlines and refunds: In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of goods: The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Liability for diminished value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions: You do not have a right of withdrawal for goods that have been made to your individual specification or have been clearly personalised specifically for you.
6. Warranty
6.1 Legal guarantee of conformity — 2 years, free of charge and non-excludable. As the seller, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 (two) years from the date on which you received the goods. This liability arises by operation of law, is free of charge to you, and cannot be shortened or limited — any term purporting to provide a shorter period or narrower scope is void and of no effect. During the first year from receipt, the lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we prove otherwise; during this period you are not required to provide any proof. After the first year your right under this clause remains in force until the end of the two-year period — only who bears the burden of proof changes: you will then need to establish that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery.
6.2 What you may request. In the event of a lack of conformity, you may choose between free repair and free replacement. The repair or replacement shall be carried out free of charge and within one month of the day on which you notified us of the lack of conformity, and without significant inconvenience to you (Art. 34, Para. 2 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). If the remedy you have chosen is impossible, disproportionately costly, not completed within that period, or causes you significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a reduction in price or to rescission of the contract with a refund of the amount paid. All costs of bringing the goods into conformity — transport, labour, spare parts — are borne by us.
6.3 Right to repair. From 31 July 2026, you have the right to choose repair instead of replacement, and we are required, before taking any action on the claim, to inform you of that choice, the expected repair time, and — where the repair falls outside the legal guarantee — the approximate cost. If you choose repair, our statutory liability period is extended once by a further 12 months, added to the remaining period for that item, so that your protection reaches three years in total from the date of receipt. The repair is free of charge to you and is carried out within the period set out in clause 6.2; if the repaired goods develop the same fault again, you may request replacement, a price reduction, or rescission of the contract.
6.4 Manufacturer's commercial guarantee. Separately from the legal guarantee, the manufacturer of the relevant brand may provide its own commercial guarantee with its own terms. That guarantee is additional to your rights and never replaces or limits them: the statutory 2-year liability remains in force and is free of charge to you, regardless of what the manufacturer's terms provide, and includes the full range of remedies in clause 6.2 — repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission of the contract. In the event of a warranty claim, SilentTrax provides the solution at its own cost — dispatching a spare part or arranging the return of the item to the manufacturer — with no charge to the customer for the warranty procedure itself.
6.5 When there is no lack of conformity. Damage that is established to have been caused by an accident, use outside the product's intended purpose, unauthorised intervention or modification, or normal wear and tear on consumables — tyres, brake pads, chains, sprockets, bearings — does not constitute a lack of conformity. The manner of use does not in itself exclude your rights: the exclusion applies only insofar as that specific use is the cause of the specific damage, and the burden of proving that link rests with us. In all other cases, your rights under clauses 6.1 to 6.3 remain unaffected.
7. Liability
Electric vehicles and components are used at the customer's own risk and in accordance with applicable local legislation.

9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or a dispute arises in connection with your order, the quickest way to resolve it is to contact us directly at silenttrax.co@proton.me or via the form on the Contact page. The silent-trax.com team will review the matter and do everything possible to reach a prompt resolution.
If we are unable to reach an agreement, you are unsatisfied with our response, or you believe that your consumer rights have been infringed, please note that the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been closed (since 20 July 2025) and is no longer available.
Instead, as a consumer in Bulgaria and the EU, you have the right to refer the matter to the conciliation panels attached to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission. They offer an alternative dispute resolution procedure that is voluntary and accessible to consumers.
