Processing and delivery time

We offer free shipping worldwide. Dispatch and delivery times depend on the product type:
- Conversion kits, batteries and parts: dispatch within 7-14 working days, plus transit time.
- Electric bikes (Sur-Ron, Talaria, MTX): dispatch within 30 days, delivery 30-45 days after dispatch.

Customs and duties

Shipping is completely free for you, but if you are located outside the European Union your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees. These additional charges are entirely your responsibility and are not included in the product prices.

Transport specifics

Because we sell electric bikes and kits, some shipments contain lithium batteries. They are classified as dangerous goods (UN3480/UN3481) and require special logistics and packaging. For this reason bikes are delivered by specialised carriers, to guarantee your safety and compliance with the law.

Returns

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, the cost of the return shipment is at your expense. Please note that bikes and lithium batteries cannot be returned by regular post or courier without prior arrangement with us. They require a specialised carrier, as they are subject to a special transport regime. Please contact us before sending goods back.
