Conversion kits and batteries: 3-7 business days in the EU and Australia, 10-14 days to the rest of the world.

Electric motorcycles (Sur-Ron, Talaria): 30-45 days. This is the standard lead time from the manufacturer — electric motorcycles are made to order.

Shipping is free worldwide, regardless of order value.

All our products come with a warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers:

· Manufacturing defects
· Electronic components (controller, display, cables)
· Motor and battery under normal use

It does not cover damage from crashes, improper use, or consumables wear (tires, brake pads).

We don't accept returns. Motorcycles are made to order, and kits and batteries are personal items.

But while your order hasn't shipped yet — you can cancel it for a full refund (you won't receive the goods).

Defects or production issues are covered by the warranty — we repair or replace.

Payment protection: paying with Shop Pay or a card gives you the right to open a dispute (chargeback) if the order isn't fulfilled correctly.

Yes. We stock spare parts for all products we sell — Sur-Ron, Talaria, MTX. Batteries and controllers — in stock. For specific parts (frames, suspension) — we order from the manufacturer.

Email us with the model and what you need, we reply within 48 hours.

We're based in Sofia and can handle basic repairs (battery, controller, cabling). For more serious issues we work with partner service centers in the major cities of Bulgaria.

For customers outside Bulgaria we recommend a local e-bike / e-moto service — the Sur-Ron / Talaria architecture is simple and nearly any technically competent shop can service it.

We don't offer test rides — bikes are made to order and we don't keep stock.
