How long does shipping take?
For electric motorcycles: production within 30 days, delivery within 60 days after production — up to 90 days in total, in most cases about 45 days (made to order). For batteries and kits: dispatch in 7-14 business days + transit. This is the time until we hand the parcel to the carrier; transit time comes on top. Free worldwide shipping.
Transit time depends on the carrier and the route — we tell you when the shipment is scheduled.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty included — free of charge. Covers manufacturing defects, electronics, motor and battery under normal use. Repair or replacement is free and done within one month of your notice. It does not cover damage proven to be caused by a crash or by use outside the product's intended purpose, nor normal wear of consumables. Full text in our Terms.
