How long does shipping take?
For electric motorcycles: dispatch within 30 days, delivery 30-45 days after dispatch (made to order). For batteries and kits: dispatch in 7-14 business days + transit. This is the time until we hand the parcel to the carrier; transit time comes on top. Free worldwide shipping.
Transit time depends on the carrier and the route — we tell you when the shipment is scheduled.
What does the warranty cover?
Statutory guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery — free of charge. Covers manufacturing defects, electronics, motor and battery under normal use. During the first year the burden of proof is on us, not on you; after the first year your right stands until the two years are up — only the burden of proof shifts. Repair or replacement is free and done within one month of your notice. If you choose repair instead of replacement, the liability period is extended once by a further 12 months, i.e. up to 3 years in total from delivery. It does not cover damage proven to be caused by a crash or by use outside the product's intended purpose, nor normal wear of consumables. Full text in our Terms.

Yes — we stock spare parts for all brands we sell. Batteries and controllers in stock, specific parts ordered from manufacturer directly.
